Invite a team member
- Go to Settings > Company members and click
+ Invite. - Enter the name and work email address of the person you would like to invite.
- They will receive an email with a link to sign up for Artie and join your company’s account.
Roles
As an account admin, you can change the role of any team member from the Company members page.| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Can manage the account, company members, and company settings (such as SSO, API keys, Datadog integration, etc.) |
| Normal | Can manage connectors and pipelines. |
| View only | Can only view the account and analytics portal. View only accounts cannot see any pipeline settings. |
Managing email notifications
Admins can opt individual team members out of email notifications directly from the Company members page. There are two types of email notifications that can be controlled per member:| Setting | Description |

| Opt out of alert emails | When checked, the member will no longer receive pipeline alert emails (e.g., connector failures, replication issues). |
| Opt out of table change emails | When checked, the member will no longer receive the daily schema change notification emails. |
Individual team members can also manage their own notification preferences from Settings > My settings.
