Change a Managed Kafka cluster's instance type
Moves every broker of an active Managed Kafka cluster to another EC2 instance type and applies it. The brokers restart one at a time onto new machines, so clients keep working; each broker’s memory and CPU follow the new type. The type the brokers already run is left as it is. Returns 409 while any change to the cluster is still being applied. Company admins only.
