Webhook failure alerts and dashboard visibility
The dashboard shows failing webhooks and how long they have been failing, and Artie emails alert recipients on failure and on recovery.
Webhook failures were previously silent — there was no way to know a downstream integration had stopped receiving events without actively checking.
The dashboard now shows when a webhook is in a failing state, including how long it has been failing. When a webhook exhausts its retries and transitions to a failing state, Artie sends an email alert to your company's alert recipients. A recovery email fires automatically once delivery resumes.
