Select pipelines in bulk deployments
Bulk deployment lets you choose which eligible pipelines to deploy, with select-all and deselect-all for long lists.
Bulk deployment now lets you choose exactly which eligible pipelines to deploy. Invalid pipelines remain visible but cannot be selected, and long lists support select-all and deselect-all.
