Parallel UUID backfills for PostgreSQL
Eligible PostgreSQL tables with a single UUID primary key can use parallel range backfills split into roughly even shards.
Eligible PostgreSQL tables with a single UUID primary key can now use parallel range backfills. Artie splits the selected UUID range into approximately even shards while preserving configured filters and key bounds.
Why this matters
- Complete large UUID-keyed table backfills faster
- Tune backfill work without changing existing integer-key behavior
