Customer-settable PostgreSQL connection idle timeout
The PostgreSQL connection-pool idle timeout is configurable at the pipeline level.
A single default PostgreSQL connection-pool idle timeout did not fit every pipeline’s workload or database policy.
Artie now allows the idle timeout to be configured at the pipeline level.
