## Accept the BAA in Artie

Eligible paid customers can review and accept Artie's Business Associate Agreement (BAA) directly in Artie. Acceptance is recorded for the company.

### What you'll need

* An active paid Artie plan.
* A Company admin role.

  <Step title="Open Legal settings">
    In Artie, go to [Settings > Legal](https://app.artie.com/settings?tab=legal).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the agreement">
    Under **Business Associate Agreement (BAA)**, select **View BAA**. The agreement opens in Artie.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Accept the agreement">
    Select **Accept** in the agreement window. Artie records the acceptance for your company and displays the acceptance date in Legal settings.

  BAA review and acceptance are available to active paid customers. Only Company admins can accept the agreement on behalf of their company.
